What we collect: the details you enter on the order form (business name, public profile link, city, services, differentiators, promos, email) and payment confirmation from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it: only to create and deliver your Fix-Up Pack, email you about your order, and handle refunds. Your business details may be processed by an AI writing service to draft the pack.
Service providers: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email), and an AI writing provider. We don't sell your information.
Free checklist signups: if you enter your email to get the free checklist and tick the consent box, we store your email, optional first name, the date and the consent wording (on Netlify). We may occasionally email Google Business Profile tips and offers; you can ask to be removed any time via the contact form. We don't sell or share this list.
Retention: we keep order records as needed for tax and accounting. Email us to ask for deletion of anything else.

If you text our line (833) 734-1333 or choose "Text me order updates" or "text me deals" at checkout, we store your mobile number, what you opted into, the time and the page you opted in on, and the messages exchanged. We use it only to send what you asked for (order confirmation and download link, replies, and deals only if you chose them). Texts are sent by TaskStaffed (operator of MapReady) through Twilio. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See SMS terms.
